Apply to Graduate

Applications for Graduation are accepted on an ongoing basis. If you are completing your program of study in the current academic year (July - June), you must APPLY TO GRADUATE.

If you apply to graduate from the 1st to the 10th day of the month, your application will be reviewed that same month. If you are eligible to graduate, your parchment (certificate, diploma, professional certificate) will be printed by the end of that month.

If you apply to graduate after the 10th day of the month, your application will be reviewed the following month. If you are eligible to graduate, your parchment (certificate, diploma, professional certificate) will be printed by the end of the following month.

Example: If you apply to graduate on June 11, your application will be reviewed in July. If you are eligible to graduate, your parchment will be printed by July 31.

*Your name, as it is recorded on the student academic record, will be displayed on the parchment. It is college policy that the student's name must be the same on the graduation parchment, the Convocation Program, and the student's academic record. Therefore, if you have recently changed your name, or would like to make changes to what we have recorded in your student file, and you want your parchment to reflect your new name, you must officially notify the Office of the Registrar by completing and submitting the Student Change of Information Form.

*Students who have already graduated in the current academic year will be invited to attend Convocation.
*Students from any Collaborative degree programs will automatically be invited to attend Convocation.

Students who have self identified as being of Indigenous ancestry will be identified on the Convocation program with a feather.

Do you identify as being Canadian Indigenous?

By selecting Yes, you consent to being identified as Canadian Indigenous in the Convocation Program.
